Hedgerows do so much for us. They are key to helping us reduce carbon emissions and pollution, whilst also acting as some of the last refuges for wildlife and a crucial link between isolated ecosystems. Planting and restoring more of our amazing hedgerows can help make the UK a healthier, greener and more biodiverse place.
The Tree Council’s Head of Science and Research, Jon Stokes, shows us how to plant healthy trees and hedgerows.
