DESCRIPTION:Autumn Tree Walk at the University of Sheffield\nJoin us for a guided walk around the campus this autumn and discover:\n The many species of trees on site\n How to identify them by bark\, leaves\, colours\, seeds and structures\n Fascinating insights into their health\, pests and diseases\nCome along\, enjoy the autumn colours\, and see the campus in a whole new way!\nThe walk is suitable for anyone with an interest in trees.\nDress for the weather with sturdy outdoor footwear.\nIn the case of heavy prolonged rain or severe wind the event will be cancelled.\nThe walk will not be fast paced and will involve a fair bit of standing\, but there may\nbe uneven ground and short uphill slopes. Please let us know if you have\naccessibility needs and we will adapt the walk to ensure all needs are met.\nPaid car parking is available at Stanage Apartments\, Endcliffe Ave\, Endcliffe\,\nSheffield S10 3AF \nMeeting point: The concourse outside the main entrance to the Edge. W3W: speech.vite.sage. \nAges: The walk is primarily aimed at adults but children over 8 are welcome if\naccompanied by an adult. Well behaved dogs are welcome on a lead.
