About the network

With 34 Tree Wardens , the Havant Borough Tree Warden Network has Tree Wardens in most areas, including Hayling Island, Emsworth, Waterlooville, Leighpark and Bedhampton. The network was re-established in 2006 and Tree Wardens are involved in the following activities: tree trails and publishing tree trail booklets, putting on tree exhibitions, giving guided tree walks, giving talks about the network, tree planting, seed collecting and planting projects with local (primary) schools, alerting local Tree Officers of threats to trees and supporting the establishment of tree protection orders.

Havant Borough Tree Wardens are also on Twitter and Facebook.
