How to Join Solihull Tree Wardens
If you live in the Solihull area and are interested in becoming a Tree Warden, we’d love to hear from you!
To get started, simply contact us at our Yahoo email address. We’ll then arrange an informal meeting to get to know you, learn about your interests, and hear what inspires you about trees and your local environment.
The next step is to invite you to one of our monthly group meetings. If you’re not quite ready for that, we’re happy to meet with you one-on-one in your local area, perhaps for a tree walk, so we can chat in a more relaxed setting.
We aim to shape the experience around what you would like to be involved in. Whether it’s practical tree care, local walks, education, or simply learning more about trees, we’ll help you find a role that suits you.
If you’re happy to join us, we’ll encourage you to complete the Tree Warden induction module. Once that’s done, you’ll receive a welcome pack with some helpful books about trees, and a certificate to mark the start of your Tree Warden journey!
