Our Board of Trustees are all unpaid volunteers.

They ensure that The Tree Council delivers its mission effectively and manages its resources careful. Our Board is chaired by Joel Cadbury.

Joel Cadbury, Chair

Joel is an entrepreneur and philanthropist, developing a wide range of highly successful leisure businesses and previously playing active roles as Chair of the Royal Parks Foundation and leading a national wheelchair campaign for Motor Neurone Disease. Joel is delighted to chair The Tree Council Board of Trustees and follow in the footsteps of his tree-loving family.

Anna Goulandris

Anna adores Britain’s incredible outdoors and is passionate about preserving and growing our landscapes so that future generations inherit bigger, healthier, and protected green spaces. As a former Trustee of the Royal Parks Foundation, Anna was involved in several key London park projects including ‘Green Fingers in the Park’, an educational programme which saw hundreds of schoolchildren planting more than 100,000 daffodil, bluebell and snowdrop bulbs in Hyde Park.

Today she is working with An Even Better Arbourthorne (AEBA), a charity promoting and developing socially cohesive communities in the Northeast of the UK. A mother of three and founder of her own interior design business, Anna is thrilled to be joining The Tree Council and sharing her love for all things flora and fauna.
