SHARE Community Orchard at Golberdon opened in 2022 for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

30 traditional west country apple trees and a mix of hedging trees were planted by volunteers.

More land has now been added alongside this orchard, renting the plots from South Hill parish council.

Open for all to enjoy & encouraging wildlife to thrive.

The creation of new hedges containing a wide variety of trees has just been completed during National Tree Week plus 250 native wild daffodil bulbs & primroses planted by volunteers.

There are plans for off road car parking, a shelter, seating areas, flowers, rhubarb and pumpkin patch a composting toilet.

 Join us as we develop this community space .

No experience necessary, help will be on hand and all tools supplied.

Suggest you wear play clothes, waterproof footwear and gloves.
